Abstract
Three cases of Takayasu¢¥s arteritis were experienced in Seoul National University Hospital. The second case 57-year-old woman¢¥ was admitted because of convulsion and unconsciousness. She had no left radial pulse and had right hemiplegia. Her consciousness was returned to normal spontaneously on the 5 th hospital day and hemiplegia was also completely recovered on the 7th hospital day. Aortogram showed obstruction of the left subclavian artery and narrowing of the right subclavian artery.
